Platform Device Monitor: Add a Tab to sort by a Department
Add a tab to Platform Device Monitor, like in Windows console, to be able to view a single departments Device monitor (that has a column for device labels) allowing quick support for device usage reporting. -
User Activity .CSV - default to Sorting by actual Chronology of events
Not a useful report to send to customer managers as they expect the reports to be chronologically listed in the order the events & actions occur. The PDF is a second option but some units prefer the date/time order of reports in .CSV -
For Logouts, provide what triggers a Logout (in all reports detailing Logouts)
Did the logout come from a recognized voice command, logged out due to another user logging in with their name or automatically logging out due to device not detected by system for 'x' number of time. Aids unit managers with additional information... -
In User Activity Reports include the Speech Recognition 'Confidence' Score
Provide the option to report how well the genie understood a spoken command by providing the Confidence Score as an option. Aids with discovering speech recognition issues. -
In User Activity report list ALL spoken commands
This report should provide ALL recognized spoken commands in the report and not just the basic voice commands (ex: Learn, Play welcome, Cancel etc.) -
Add Badge Label Column in Platform Device Monitor webpage display
This is more helpful for admins when asked to locate a units badge as staff reference by their device label. Aids with assisting departments finding who has & where is their device. -
Provide Secure console access for logs & badge configuration/stats
Would be helpful to be able to remote into a B7000 as we can with a V5000. To obtain log files & see other badge statistics currently available on V5000. A secure login would be preferred vs open access available on the V5000. -
Add 'Data Check' in Platform
Would be very helpful to have Data Checks in Platform as it is in Windows Voice server. -
Add Notes Field in Platform Contact
Add a 'Notes' field in Platform Contacts list in User's. Provides additional notes for that Contact Person or Place. -
Add 'Doctor' checkbox option in Platform Address Book/Contacts
Add a 'Doctor' prefix checkbox to Platform Contacts like available in User's providing 'Doctor first/last name' for a first/last name that is in Contacts.
