A report that will track changes made to users, groups, devices, templates, VMP On Call, Escalation, etc and who made the changes. This report would be used by Admin to trouble shoot issues that arise from changes.

Add Call Access Control (CAC) for Government Accounts
With the government using Cisco Call Access Control (CAC) instead of QoS government accounts using badges have audio issues. It would be good to have this as an option for accounts not able or adopting QoS for Vocera use.
