Disable the call waiting feature for the smartphone
This is a feature request to be able to disable the call waiting tone on the smartphones. Or at least turn be able to adjust the volume of the call waiting tone on the smartphone.

Allow Address Book Entries to forward calls to a Group
It would be nice if we could forward an address book entry to a group. This would eliminate the repeated HIGH alerts when running the data checker as extensions would not be duplicated. Not sure if anyone else has this issue...

Send Vocera text message from Buddies list in User Console
The user console text message tab should have an option to build a favorites list. Searching through an entire site's user list is cumbersome, plus there is no way to multi-select across pages in that list.

When I am searching in the crystal reports in report console many times when it finds the badge the highlighted area covers up the name of the last user. I am forced to put in the address of the name above or below what I am looking for.
