Urgent Call/Broadcasting Announcement
If a user is on their badge in a call and one of them receives an urgent call or broadcast it puts the other user on hold with no announcement. This would be a great feature to let the other staff member why they are automatically put on hold.

Update colour code for acknowledged
On the V5000 badge, acknowledged calls are lumped in with call history making it difficult to easily find the calls the user answered and are responsible for. If acknowledged calls could be colour coded something different like green.

A report that will track changes
A report that will track changes made to users, groups, devices, templates, VMP On Call, Escalation, etc and who made the changes. This report would be used by Admin to trouble shoot issues that arise from changes.
