Device Status in Status Monitor should not include badges removed" from service"

The total number of devices in the Device Monitor under Status Monitor is very misleading, as it includes every badge ever activated by a site/department.  In reality the devices labeled as Replaced, Retired and Unrepairable are no longer being used by the department and have no potential of being used.  It is for this reason that I would suggest badges with these any of these three statuses not be included in the total number of devices in the Device Status Monitor.

Only devices being actively used by a site/department or which have the potential to be used in the future should be listed in the Device Status Monitor.  This would include all other statuses except for the three listed above.

Example: Oaks Hospital shows "total devices" of 247 in the Device Status Monitor, with only 24 "active devices" currently being used.  No status column is listed for the devices and therefore one may assume that this site has 200+ devices not being used.  However, when you look up the devices for Oaks Hospital it is there that you see that more than 100 devices are either in Replaced, Retired and Unrepairable status.
