It would be nice to have the ability to have a "remove on" or Expire Date on the alternate spoken name fields. This would come in handy when you have a user who recently had a name change. ( madien to married for example) This would give the user time to inform others of the change and would allow them to call either name durring the transition with out requireing that the administrator go back in and remove the Alt. Name at a later date.
