Allow multiple destination email addresses for Email Alerts
The "Alert Recipient Email Address" currently only supports a single email address. Sometimes this can be configured to be a distribution group. In other situations this is not practical. In some cases a temporary addition must be made to the list of recipients and the distribution list configuration may not be something a Vocera administrator has access to change.
I do not have access to the Exchange configuration for my company so I need another means for having email alerts reach multiple recipients.
