It would be nice to have a check box or some sort of option to deactivate user accounts in the Admin console.  When end users go out on extended leave, the only option we have now to "deactivate" their accounts is to add an inactive prefix to their name (ex. inactiveSmith, inactiveDave) or delete their accounts entirely.  Deleting accounts isn't the preferred method because then we have to rebuild them when they return.
