It would be nice if in staff assignment you had the ability to select multiple groups or users.  This would definitely speed up the assignment process, allowing you the ability to select multiple groups that a user belongs to or multiple users who belong to one group all at once.  Emergin uses this concept and it is a feature we greatly miss since migrating to Vocera staff assignment.
