Per the release notes for 5.3.x The documentaion links are unaccessable on customer servers without an internet connection. It would be very useful to store an offline version of the docs on the server and allow the Vocera admin to select the offline documentaion option in place of the online documentaion.
This will eleminate the need for customers to open support cases to resolve this issue.
