The current Tiered Admin Report allows us to audit operations to Users/Groups/Locations however only tells us what entity was modified.

We would like to go one step further to show visibility of what updates to that entity had been performed by the user, such as "Alternate Spoken Name" added, "Auto-Logout" checkbox ticked, the new member(s) added to a group/conference.
