As far as our Staff Assignment screen showing the members in alphabetical order, we probably shouldn’t assume customers would want them displayed this way. Historically, our 5.x Staff Assignment tool showed members in the explicit order they were entered, and this was desirable as customers would place members in the order that they wanted them to take the calls.
