Forward setting on the green status window for Vina Console for users

We would like to have enable forwarding when you click on the green status menu window. ACP roles might not have a device to log into the Vina app to accept calls. ACP will enable console phone. We would like user to set their forwarding to a deskphone if they are not log into the Vina app.

    We want to set a console users extension to receive calls.

    e.g. console user sets extension and calls should be auto-forwarded to that extension.
