Lots of accounts are moving towards IT looking after the break/fix of the infrastructure only with all other database responsibilities being delegated to clinical leads within each clinical area. The customers want to use Tiered Adminstrators to achieve this but that access level is missing several key pieces of functionality.

Tiered Administration in the Vocera voice product should be reviewed and improved in a future version of Vocera's project. For example:

* Allow Add/Delete of Groups that the Tiered Administrator is a Manager of
* Allow Renamiung of Groups that the Tiered Administrator is a Manager of
* Allow access to the Data Check utility

There are no doubt other features that may need added, this is just a short list of some. There are many other more specific Ideas that should be reviewed as part of a larger update of the Tiered Administrator function.
