When a database failover occurs, the database node goes into a disabled/failed state and requires manual intervention to repair the node. There should be a feature to enable auto-repair to attempt automatic recovery of the database cluster. If a failover happened on a weekend while site system admins are not available and the node requires manual intervention, it could lead to system outage if something were to happen to the singular active node before admins can return to repair originally affected node.
