In the Admin Console, for Group Info, there are two check boxes under Cross-site Options:
Receive Offsite Calls
Receive Offsite Broadcasts

Currently when a new group is created in the Console, the boxes are both checked.

For some installations, the preferred selection is to have these boxes unchecked. It is necessary to remember to manually uncheck the boxes when adding groups.

This Idea would be to provide some mechanism to default the two boxes to unchecked.

While it is possible to create groups by importing a CSV file, this scenario if for adding small numbers of group via the Console.
