Checkbox for Role to enable auto unassign at logout.

Feature to add a checkbox to roles next to "add to care team" checkbox as an option. The idea would be that the Role would be forced to auto unassign from the user assigned to it in case the user forgets or never unassigns themselves from set role at logout.

    This can be managed via groups jf you link a group and role and have the group set as remove on logout the linked assignment will also be removed.
