When adding groups to a users profile there is no way to tell if a group is a dynamic group. (if you add thoes group and save they get removed if they are not logged in). The group selection in the users profile in the admin console should indicate some how that this is a dynamic group. Or it could pop up a warning that you are adding a dynamic group to the user - it could also show you in the warning what group has add/remove premissions for the dynamic group.
