You should be able to selectively ignore certain prompts within Data Checks - Names
Currently in 4.x Vocera Server Admin Console (not sure if this is resolved in 5.x) you can perform a Data Check under Maintenance and select 'Names' to check your database for potential problems that could impact usability of the system.
There are over 500 medium level warnings that come up for us and a lot of these Alternate Spoken Names are needed. We would like to have a way we can ignore these warnings so if issues actually do occur we can focus on the bigger or newer Alternate Spoken Name problems.
