Ability to recall missed calls on badge

Ability to recall missed calls (who, date and time) for badge users (issue is that the missed calls are announce when user logs in, if they are not ready to write down the missed calls there is no way to retrieve them)

    The "Who Called" voice command can be used to retrieve call history on a badge. In Voice Server 5.2.3 this command was enhanced to allow the user to always play the call history again, even if they have heard it before automatically on login.
