Add a third response for calls to put on hold
| 30 seconds ring in spectra link world allowed nurses and staff to wrap up what they were saying or doing at the time. They could then step out and answer the phone. In Vocera world, they have to respond immediately which can be disruptive. With a hold option, it could tell a caller "please hold, I will be right with you" or something to that effect. |
