For security reasons, staff are preferring to opt for their last name to not be displayed on ID badges as well as their Vocera badges. In the B3000n badges the short name allowed for the display to show the currently logged in user's name as First name last initial. For example if John Doe was logged into a B3000n it displayed as "John D". The default programming in the B7000 badge currently displays that same user as J Doe, and we'd like to see if it would be possible to modify this to display "John D" as the B3000n's had.
