Create a command so users can easily call the previous person they spoke with on Vocera

This function would allow staff to easily call the last staff member who they had communicated with on Vocera. In which situations would this be useful?

You want to call the staff who just called you....but you cannot remember their name.
You missed a call, and you want to call them back.
