Users who collected the specimen with Date and Time the specimen is collected for cases where User attempted collection and failed.

The audit report also has the Date/Time and user who tried and failed collecting the specimen. It should also include the information for when someone else successfully collects the specimen, include in the audit report the User information Date/Time for the collection.

Have audit report captures Users who are not scanning their badges to complete the specimen collection process.
