The "external alerts report" tells me what type of alerts are received but does not indicate the role the user was assigned to when they received the alert. Users could then refer to the "Historical Indirect Assignment Report" to confirm if the user was assigned to that role and attempt to match them up.

I request that a column be added to the External Alerts Report with the role information that the user was assigned to when the alert came in.
