Description: When navigating to Contacts by Nursing Unit > All Contacts Tab, the page doesn't load efficiently due to the large volume of users. This can result in performance issues, and it’s unnecessary to load all users at once.

Request: We propose an enhancement to hide the "All Contacts" tab and only display the "Assigned Contacts" tab by default. Additionally, we recommend displaying a message like "Unable to fetch" instead of attempting to load every user in the "All Contacts" tab, should it remain accessible.

This improvement will enhance user experience and system performance by preventing unnecessary data overload.
