Currently, they are sorted by priority so if the charge RN has to get their phone out of their pocket and have missed the 5 dings, they have to open into the inbox to get to the notification to view and then call into the room to answer the call bell. However, it can be extremely difficult to find the most recent notification as you have to scroll through the other priority notifications and try to figure out which one it was that you missed
