enhancement request for improved handling the AD and edge sync.

When a customer moves a user account from one Active Directory (AD) domain to another, the original caregiver entry in Edge becomes inactivated. Currently, the customer must manually locate and delete the inactivated caregiver entry before the user can be recognized as active under the new domain.

I am raising this enhancement request to improve how Edge handles this scenario — ideally allowing seamless transition of user accounts between AD domains without requiring manual deletion of the previous caregiver entry.
