Edge Analytics messaging report to show message reporting for specific role(s)
Looking for an enhancement that provides data on messaging reporting based on role. More specifically, the number of outbound/inbound messages being sent. This would be beneficial in providing data that proves whether a role is using the messaging function and how often.

Hi Jesse, the Chart of Text Usage report has a matrix of categories of profiles (ex. Nurse Category can be configured to include Clinical Profiles that represent Nurses, Nurse, Nurse Manager etc.). If this meets the need, please put in a support case requesting the desired categories and which profiles should be in each category.
