Ability to have individual contact directory's based off of each user. Ex. Add a contact to the directory and it only shows for that user. It also follows that user no matter what phone they log into. Individual's contact directory is deleted upon Active Directory deactivation. Individual also has enterprise contacts (cannot be edited by users).
