Edge extension forwarding to mobile - remove the error part of recording

The first part of "Unable to connect your call - please wait while we forward your call" is deceiving. Users will hang up before the "please wait while we forward your call"

      This is available today as a configuration option through support. Will consider using as default moving forward.
