Export a Device List CSV from Enterprise Manager

It would be very helpful for customers/support to be able to export a CSV with info from org-services database with device IDs, app version, network and device info, last logged in user, timestamp etc.

    Device List report available in Vocera Edge Analytics which contains the desired fields.
