This request comes from the CHCO Anesthesia team, which is quite large and do not unassign. They would like the list to not show offline people in contact list for the group. They would like to keep assignment but only show when online. Secondary option would be to have available users show on top of the list so users don’t have to scroll down the list to find available, assigned users.
