We are currently only able to be logged into one 'shared' device at a time, but there does not appear to be a limit on BYOD logins. I would like to have it where customers can only be logged in on one device total (Shared and BYOD) at a time.

This is how it functions today in Voalte and it works very well and is very predictable.
