Ability to favorite or add "My Nursing Units" similar to functionality for "My Groups". At a large facility, it is very cumbersome to constantly scroll to find the unit in contacts by nursing unit. These Nursing Units could show pinned to the top of contacts by nursing unit like My Groups or be able to be added between Smart Lists and My Groups on the Contacts tab so they can see their top contacts in one location.
