Add sorting options to Browse Contacts by Nursing Unit function in Edge app

When browsing Contacts by Nursing Unit in the Edge app, contacts are grouped by Care Role, which are listed in a static/default order (Registered Nurse, PCA, Charge Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, etc. - see attached). Would be nice to have alternate sorting options, such as alphabetically, for more user-friendly navigation.

    When browsing by Nursing unit, it would also be extremely helpful to have the system automatically sort users who are "offline" to the bottom of the unit, so it is easier to only see users who are currently online.
