Current with Vocera Edge, extensions are assigned by active Active Directory users and who have logged into a shared device. If a user signs in one time to a shared device an extension is taken from the bank of extensions. This creates many unused extensions that could be used for other staff, especially when every shared device user needs an extension.

Vocera Edge needs a report of extension usage to determine which extension is truly not being used or be set up to recycle extensions that have not been used in X months.
