Today in Vocera Rounds (really on any VCE survey - care calls,etc), we can require a response to a question (yes, no, sometimes, etc), yet we can't require the user to enter a commetns based upon a response. 

UCM and Marin (and other partners) have request the ability to require comments. For example, if the user is requesting a service follow-up of EVS, and doesn't enter any comments the receiver of the EVS has no idea why they have received the service request for that patient. We've trained to enters, some customers have and scripting to the quesiton that says enter comments if requesting service recovery, yet it would be nice if we could offer that abilty to require comment on any particular survey question respone.
