Reconfigure Feedback option/section to include issues or support requests

There is currently in botht the app and website for VCE and section for Feedback.  This section is currently only for Feedback and users are trained not really to use it.  This could easily be re-worded to include feedback as well as be a support mechanism for users to, within their session, send in issues to support.  This would help in that users would not have to stop what they are doing and call or email with the issue but would be able to submit and then keep on working.  There is a mechanism in place to retrieve those feedback entries from the database and could easily be changed to auto send those to the support email so that they can be documented.
