Ellen Angelo (CNO) conducted one staff round on 5 team members that gathered in her office.  It was one entry and she simply listed the names of each of the 5 participants.  Dean (her boss and president of OMC) later asked Ellen to enter them separately.  She did, but it was painstaking.  She asked me if there was a way she could copy/clone the first entry so that she wouldn’t have to enter the same information (or most of the same information) five different times.
