Fix issue with having to press end call button on cisco phones after dialing with new dial widget

When the 'Click to Dial' widget is used to call back into a patient room using a Cisco wireless phone, the call cannot be ended unless you press the end button twice.  I'm not sure if the same behavior is experienced with other devices.

This could cause nurses to leave their call opened and the patients disrupted by other unnecessary noises.
Please talk to Ben Emerik from Support to obtain more details since he tried to fix it unsuccessfully.
Even though we like the widget because the dialing is faster, we've had to disable it.
