Call Button Accept/DND Button Decline Alarms using Vocera Buttons
Can you please reactivate the Call Button to Accept and the DND Button to Decline Alarms? Reason is that the new verbage by voice is Accepted and Decline, if our staff say Accept Genie does not understand. When staff say Accepted by voice, Genie say did you mean Accepted then reply back yes, ok replying back accepted.
This is affecting the workflow especially in NICU, because the nurse is with their critical baby and any extra noise can impact babies care.
