Forwarding Vocera Text Messages

The staff have been using “forward my calls” while on lunch break. However, they continue to receive their text messages from the Intego call system. Apparently, forward only works for traditional calls.

This will be problematic for patient care because the call bells will not be answered during lunch break or the staff member needs to keep calling people while on lunch break so the patient care needs are addressed.
