Quicker Email Check Interval

Some accounts rely on email integration for critical alerts.  The allowed range for email check interval is 15-90 seconds.  This range would like to be extended, to check email as often as every 3 seconds.

    The Engage inbound SMTP adapter allows integration emails to be processed as soon as they are received.

    The incoming email adapter can be used in real time mode on 6.X removing the pulling times.
