If using Staff Assignment (Premium) to send text message to staff, room number has to be manually entered with the text. And if pre-defined message is utilized, room number has to be manually added to beginning of Text field AFTER the the pre-defined message is selected. Otherwise, the Text field is completely cleared and then the Text field is filled with the pre-defined message
