We have temporary groups (roles such as NICU RT), where the person itself does not always need to be in a particular Conference group but rather only needs to join that conference when they add themselves to a particular group. They sometimes forget to Join this conference when they add themselves to that group. Examples include: Medical Float Nurse, NICU RT. The NICU RT needs to join the conference for Family Birth Center because the LD,OB,NICU departments utilize the push-to-talk instant conference during emergencies. Even though that the NICU RT is included in the Family Center Broadcast (i.e. "Broadcast to Family Birth Center"), they do not receive instant conference unless they join that conference.
