We have just introduced "Record an Urgent Message" in certain areas of the hospital and we discovered - almost by accident - that on log in the genie will say "You had a message from x, y, and z. at least 1 of these messages is urgent".

It would be nice for teams who use messaging frequently to tbe able to ask "Play Urgent Messages" so that these can be retrieved first (I've tried the command and it doesn't seem to exist) or for the system to play the urgent messages first and then the normal messages in date order
