When the badge announces "Can you take a call from" users will tend to not take calls from users they do no know.  If the user receiving the call is notified of the User name AND the department the user is from, users would be less likely to ignore important calls.  For example, a user received a call "Can you take a call from Frank Smith?"  The user said "No" because she did not recognize the name.  If there was an option to force the system to announce "Can you take a call from Frank Smith in Security/"  the user would have answered the call.  Could we add an option at the group level as to whether ithe Genie announces just the department ("Can you take a call from Security?") OR the just the user name ("Can you take a call from Frank Smith?") OR both "Can you take a call from Frank Smith in Security?"
