We have users who receive phone calls through the Guest line on the Telephony server who are unable to selectivly play new/old messages by voice command from a badge.

They presume if they can say  "Play messages from John Doe" or "Play old messages from John Doe" they should be able to say "Play messages from The Phone" or "Play old message from The Phone" - but are unable to specify calls just from the phone.

I would like to see this added as a feature.
