Would like a user option to allow Instant Conferences to be broadcast through the speaker when a headset is plugged in.  Just like the announce through speaker option.  This should be able to set this option via a Genie command, as well as in the User Preferences.

We have a lot of users that use a headset, leave it plugged in, but don't always have the ear piece in.  When an instant conference is started they hear the chime through the badge speaker, but not the message because they don't have the ear piece in place and usually the conference is over before they can react.
